I was over charged the last time I went shopping I went to customer service and explained what had happened and shr refunded my money back with no issues shr was very helpful and kind to me I like shopping here

Nice assortments of fresh veggies n fruits. Store is nice and clean. They do have a bathroom. A nice assortments of already made meals, so you don't have to cook , if you don't feel like it.

The to-go team has been excellent in my experience. Picking good produce, making reasonable substitutions friendly and reasonably priced. Couldn't ask for more

This is a great store - have been going here to get my groceries for some time. The Hannaford’s team earned a five star review recently when I left my wallet in a cart in the parking lot. Thanks to Nick, Danielle, and Theresa, my wallet was returned with all of its contents the next day. Huge thanks to the Hannaford’s team - I will continue to support this location.

There are 4 or 5 ChargePoint stations in the parking lot. All but one was full yesterday when I pulled in. Shopping was convenient, and I found everything that I needed, including dinner of salmon, wild rice and asparagus that I'll just need to put into the toaster oven! The store is huge, with lots of choices.

Is it a rule that I can't scan my items with the scanner if my groceries are in my cart and that I don't put them on the scale? Because if this a rule why is it not listed on on the computer screen or near the area

I’ve been doing my grocery shopping here for the past two years, and it’s always a positive experience. The store is clean and well-organized, the staff are friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had any trouble finding what I need. Even at rush hour, I'm always able to get through my grocery shopping here without any long waits or holdups. Recently, I came in to make a more complex business purchase after being turned away by another retailer. Jeff, an assistant manager, went above and beyond to help. He walked me to the items I needed, answered all of my questions, and when I was ready to check out, he opened a separate register so we could work through the details without holding up other customers. The whole time, he was kind, patient, knowledgeable about Hannaford’s systems, and very receptive to the specific needs of the transaction. This was one of the most thoughtful and professional experiences I’ve had in any store, and it reminded me why I keep coming back here.
